Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Air Transportation Standardization and Training Branch.
Key Responsibilities
Performs logistics management responsibilities. Plans, organizes, and directs activities associated with AMC Air Transportation and Logistics Management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with peers and leaders on AMC Staff, other MAJCOM Logistics Staffs, United States Transportation Command, and the Headquarters Army, Navy, and Marine Corps Service Staff. Serves as technical advisory to Air Transportation Division Chief (O-6) and Air Transportation Deputy Division Chief.
