The primary purpose of this position is to provide managers with data-driven insights for informed decision making on human resources, manpower, and organizational structure by executing a diverse range of tasks and analyses aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Specialist/Civilian Personnel Program Manager. Plans, monitors, and administers civilian manpower management services. Analyzes, recommends, and advises on manpower and personnel issues for efficient organizational operation. Senior Civilian Personnel Analyst. Provides high-level guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning, optimization, and alignment with organizational goals.
Oversees all aspects of workforce management, encompassing civilian personnel. MAJCOM Chief, Civilian Position Management. Provides strategic oversight of the position management program by continuously monitoring and analyzing organizational structure trends, spatial allocations, and position obligations. Civilian Training and Development Specialist. Acts as the central point of contact and specialist for all civilian training activities within the unit.
Collaborates with management and supervisors to identify the training needs of civilian employees. Communication Specialist. This role serves as a communication linchpin, ensuring smooth information flow and strong relationships across all organizational levels.
