The primary purpose of position: The incumbent coordinates and de-conflicts both proposed and SECDEF-approved sensitive policies and/or strategic initiatives of this position is: To liaise with interagency staff to integrate, deconflict, and/or solicit support for Secretary of Defense-approved sensitive policies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates and de-conflicts Secretary of Defense (SECDEF)-approved sensitive policies and/or strategic initiatives with interagency and intra-Departmental staff elements. Represents the Division/Department and with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Provides management consultation to improve effectiveness and efficiency of oversight processes.
