You will serve as a Management Assistant with National Park Service. The position provides staff assistance to the Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent and their immediate staff, as well as to the Superintendent of Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park as needed.
Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Provides administrative support to the park's leadership team by coordinating schedules, meetings, correspondence, travel, and other administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations.
Serves as the park's coordinator for the Special Park Uses program by reviewing permit applications, coordinating with applicants and park staff, preparing permits, maintaining program records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Researches, interprets, and applies administrative policies and procedures to resolve issues, respond to inquiries, and provide guidance to employees, partners, and the public.
Coordinates special projects, reports, and other administrative initiatives for park leadership by gathering information, tracking assignments, and ensuring timely completion of actions. Serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders by facilitating communication, coordinating administrative activities, and providing information on park operations and special use permitting.

Transcripts must include your name, school name, grades, credit hours earned, major(s), grade point average or class ranking, and date the degree was conferred, if applicable. A typed list of courses, grades, semester/quarter hours, GPA, etc. will not be accepted. Non-submission may result in being rated not qualified for the position.
Unofficial transcripts are acceptable, but if you are selected for this position and you used your education to qualify, you must provide official transcripts before you begin work.
Foreign Education: To receive credit for education completed outside the United States, you must show proof that the education has been submitted to a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign educational credentials and such education has been deemed at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education programs.

The posted pay range is $76573 – $99550/yr.
