This position starts at a salary of $61,722.00 (GS-9, Step 1) to $80,243.00 (GS-9, Step 10) The Mission Support Specialist (Logistics) provides technical expertise and guidance while performing a variety of services as it relates to logistics, supplies, fleet and facilities management, duties and responsibilities include: Assisting with conducting inventories, records management, and preparing/processing of various property reports.
Assisting in researching suppliers and working with requesters to procure goods/services. Ordering, receiving, inventorying, transferring, and excessing fleet vehicles. Assisting with the fleet card program to include performing audits, extracting reports, and reconciling invoices, as well as supporting the processing of damaged vehicles and the scheduling of repairs. Providing support processing damaged vehicles and scheduling repairs.
Arranging for deliveries from sector and local repair/service and arranging shuttle vehicles to and from local garages for scheduled service in accordance with agency guidelines and supervisor guidance.
