Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 782d Training Group Operations. Duties: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 782d TRG GROUP, ensuring that Operations & Requirements Planning complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Oversees planning for 782d Training Group operations and requirements planning and identifies/develops solutions to resources/requirements problems necessary to meet the training mission. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Manages the group policy program. Reviews and Recommends modifications and changes to Course Resource Estimates, Training Plans and other course documentation.
Represents the 782d Training Group Operations with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
