Summary The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first-level supervisor managerial authorities over Resource Flight (TXTSR), 37(11 Training Support Squadron employees; and serve as the senior technical training and professional education advisor to the training squadron commander and Framing Group StalT, providing instructional systems design, development, implementation and sustainment expertise in support of Department of Defense education and training programs preparing threes for combat.
Duties Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Resource Flight (TXTSR) Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities Represents the 37 TRG and 37 TRSS with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Ensures proper execution of the 37 Training Group budget Serves as Instructional Systems Development (ISO) consultant for the 37th Training Support Squadron.
