Job Summary

About the Position: Incumbent is responsible for performing, providing, obtaining, and/or advising on a variety of management services essential to the direction and efficient operation of the organization such as: personnel management, manpower requirements/documentation, training and administrative internal controls.

Coordinates with managers/ supervisors to discuss work-related changes affecting their offices and provides authoritative recommendations on possible improvements to implement.

Establishes internal procedures to secure adequate control in terms of deadlines, progress reports, and directives.
