Key Responsibilities
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To serve as the 53d Wing's (WG), liaison for all Operational Tests (OT). DUTIES: Applies Air Force military rated aviator/AF Aerospace Management experience to analyze, evaluate, and develop recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in the planning, programming, and execution of OT. Document planning and program decisions in appropriate forms to meet Air Force MAJCOM and 53d WG requirements.
Actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tool and techniques. Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assignments.
