The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, organizing, coordination, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 15th Maintenance Group's Programs and Resources Flight.
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 15th Maintenance Group's Programs and Resources, ensuring that the 15th Maintenance Group complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the 15th Maintenance Group with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Provides maintenance support for deployment requirements.
Represents Maintenance Operations at conferences, working groups, management reviews as well as with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Advises the Maintenance Group Commander on maintenance support matters.
