Key Responsibilities
Typical work assignments include, but are not limited to: Provides support for CISA internal and external web communications activities, performs analysis for content posted on the CISA Intranet and CISA.gov and works in a close relationship with OCEAO on the production of content for both internal and external needs.
Performs high-level writing and editing assignments for the creation of internal and external communication products to include speeches, web content, newsletters, leadership messaging and talking points for Agency events, mission, and in support of the workforce. Supports the External Affairs subdivision to develop talking points to support CISA's external communications needs.
Assists OCEAO in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting communication efforts for both internal and external products that support Agency events, mission, and in support of the workforce.
